These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and 1111bte (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the 1111bte website, mobile interface, game lobby, sportsbook, promotional programmes, and any other services made available through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree" at any point during onboarding, or by simply accessing and using any part of the 1111bte platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions without qualification or reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not create an account and must cease using the 1111bte platform immediately.

1.1 Scope of Services

1111bte provides the following services to eligible registered players:

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated summary or communication, the English text shall prevail.

1.3 Changes to These Terms

1111bte reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights, obligations, or entitlements — we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect. Non-material clarifications or typographical corrections may be applied immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 1111bte with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

Use of the 1111bte platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. You represent and warrant that, at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, all of the following are true:

2.1 Minimum Age

You are at least 18 years of age. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. 2.2 Single Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on 1111bte. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, 1111bte reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including date of birth, name, or payment method ownership — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Personal Use Only

You agree to use 1111bte exclusively for your own personal entertainment. You must not use the platform on behalf of another person, as an agent or proxy, or for commercial purposes of any kind. You must not allow any other person to access your account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

2.5 Not a Restricted Person

You confirm that you are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or family member of an employee of 1111bte or any of its technology, payment, or game supply partners. Such individuals are not eligible to hold player accounts.

To access real-money games, place bets, claim bonuses, or make deposits and withdrawals on 1111bte, you must hold a fully registered and verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide certain personal information and to agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence (Bangladesh), and your preferred payment method. All fields marked as mandatory on the registration form must be completed accurately.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.

1111bte will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses caused by unauthorised third-party access to your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

1111bte applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all player accounts. KYC documents may be requested at any time but are mandatory before a player's first withdrawal and upon any significant increase in account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above identity documents that display date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

Documents must be current, legible, and submitted in a format specified by our support team. Incomplete or fraudulent documents will result in account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, game play, or bet placement has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. 1111bte will notify players by email before applying an inactivity fee or closing an inactive account. Any remaining real-money balance will be preserved for a minimum of 6 months following the inactivity notification, after which it may be forfeited subject to applicable law.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Typically processed within 1–3 business days.

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. 1111bte reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts or unusual transaction patterns before processing.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. 1111bte does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be rejected at the payment provider level. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 1111bte; however, your bank or mobile payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 1111bte accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

1111bte employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all deposit and withdrawal activity. Transactions that are flagged as potentially fraudulent, including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without significant game play, use of multiple payment methods across accounts, or patterns consistent with payment method abuse, will be paused for manual review. 1111bte reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to close accounts where fraud is confirmed.

1111bte offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term takes precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 1111bte welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and minimum qualifying deposit are displayed on the promotions page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times). The following rules apply:

• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire after the deadline.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings removed and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.

5.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

1111bte reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, the terms in effect at the time of claiming will be honoured unless the modification is required to address a technical error or fraud.

The following rules apply to all bets, wagers, and game rounds played on the 1111bte platform, including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 1111bte. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference number. In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or server error occurring between bet placement and confirmation, 1111bte reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to your account balance.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and are displayed in the game interface before each round. As a general guide:

• Live casino tables: Minimum and maximum table limits are displayed on each table in the live lobby and may change during peak hours.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

Winnings paid in error due to a system malfunction remain the property of 1111bte and will be recovered from the player's account balance.

6.4 Sports Betting — Event Cancellation and Postponement

For sports betting markets, the following rules apply when events do not proceed as originally scheduled:

• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum number of overs or minutes specified in the market rules has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket markets, specifically BPL and T20 World Cup matches, the official result as declared by the governing body (ICC, BCB) will be used to settle bets regardless of the reduced-overs method applied.
• In-play bets accepted before an event is suspended due to technical or operational issues will be settled on the available official result where possible, or voided if no official result is declared.

6.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1111bte platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and a permanent ban:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit promotions or market pricing.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such bug must be reported to support@1111bte immediately rather than exploited.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the 1111bte platform, game content, or data feeds.

1111bte is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The following tools and obligations form part of this Agreement and are enforceable by both parties.

7.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All registered players may set the following self-imposed limits via their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications displayed after a configurable period of continuous play to remind players how long they have been active.
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss amounts over a defined period. Once reached, further real-money game play is paused until the period resets.

7.2 Cooling-Off Periods

Players may activate a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days via account settings or by contacting support@1111bte. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The account and any existing balance are preserved. Cooling-off periods cannot be shortened once activated — they must run their full duration.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a longer break from gambling may request self-exclusion by contacting support@1111bte. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently are available. During self-exclusion, the account is deactivated and the player cannot re-register under any name or payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method.

7.4 Platform-Initiated Interventions

1111bte monitors player activity for signs of problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to: extended uninterrupted sessions, rapid loss-chasing, significant increases in deposit frequency or amounts, and repeated self-exclusion re-registration attempts. Where such patterns are identified, 1111bte reserves the right to proactively impose temporary limits, issue responsible gaming prompts, or contact the player directly to offer support resources — without requiring the player to initiate a limit themselves.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may close your 1111bte account at any time by contacting support@1111bte. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Termination by 1111bte

1111bte reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.
• Confirmed underage gambling (player found to be under 18 years of age).
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.5.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity conducted through the platform.
• Court order, law enforcement request, or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

Where an account is terminated by 1111bte for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, whether voluntary or initiated by 1111bte, all licences and permissions granted to you under these Terms & Conditions cease immediately. You must stop using the platform and must not attempt to re-register without the express written consent of 1111bte. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 4.5 (fraud), 6.5 (prohibited conduct), and any outstanding financial obligations — shall continue in full force after termination.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1111bte's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. 1111bte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1111bte, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform in breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on the platform.
